Videoview®
An edited portion of our candidate interview, presented to your search team in a personal meeting or by secure web link. Videotaped interviews conducted by a Nutter Group professional allow your team to see candidates well beyond their resume.
How it works
Four steps from screening to short list.
01
Screen
A Nutter Group professional screens candidates to determine those worthy of a personal interview.
02
Interview
The first portion of the interview assesses the candidate against your specifications. The last portion is videotaped and becomes the Videoview®.
03
Edit
Videoviews of the final candidates are edited to reflect the information most relevant to your assignment.
04
Present
The short list is presented with each Videoview®, resume and supporting documentation, by personal meeting or secure web link.
Client benefits
Videoview® respects the finances and the calendars of everyone in the search.
- Move quickly to advance top candidates in selecting your organization
- Control the costs associated with candidate travel for onsite interviews
- Improve coordination of the key leadership calendars involved in the search
- Reduce costs for concurrent or multiple searches
Short-list resumes and supporting documents are presented alongside each Videoview® before onsite interviews are arranged, so your committee invests travel and time only in the candidates it truly wants to meet.
What committees say
“Videoview helps considerably in preparing for a first meeting with a candidate.”
“It gave me an opportunity to evaluate the body language and ability of the candidates to respond to questions. Besides evaluating the candidate's appearance, I had the ability to determine how the candidate would interact and fit with our team. It saves a lot of time.”
“Videoview is fantastic. It allowed us to establish a high level of comfort before actually meeting the candidate. It can become a standard approach to help keep expenses down.”
