Roger W. Nutter, member and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, has spent his career serving the healthcare profession. His earlier career was in senior human resources leadership roles at a community hospital and a teaching hospital, followed by executive search on behalf of a nationally recognized leader in healthcare search.
He cofounded Nutter Consulting Services — now the Nutter Group — with a mission to provide Never Compromising Service® to every client engagement. Roger's experience across executive search and talent acquisition enables him to interface with professionals in all disciplines of healthcare management, and he is recognized as a trusted advisor in C-suite and senior leadership searches.
Roger received the Chester A. Minkalis Service Award from his peers for his contribution to the consulting profession, and served on the Board and as Treasurer of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants, now the Consultants Forum of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has served as Adjunct Faculty at Indiana Wesleyan University teaching human resources management at both the graduate and undergraduate level.
