Roger W. Nutter, member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, has spent his career serving the healthcare profession. Roger is academically prepared with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Counseling and Guidance. Roger’s earlier career was in senior human resources leadership roles in a community hospital and a teaching hospital. In the mid 1980s, he began a successful career in executive search, serving clients for a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive search. In October 1988, Roger founded Nutter Consulting Services, now known as the Nutter Group, with a mission to provide Never Compromising Service® to the client consulting engagement. Roger’s experience in the primary areas of executive search and talent acquisition enable him to interface with professionals in all disciplines of healthcare management. Roger is recognized as a trusted and professional advisor in the search process for C-suite and senior level leadership searches.
Roger received the Chester A. Minkalis Service Award, awarded by his peers for his contribution to the consulting profession. Roger served on the Board and was Treasurer of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants. He is also a member of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration and other regional professional organizations. Roger is an Adjunct Faculty at Indiana Wesleyan University teaching courses in human resources management in both the graduate and undergraduate programs. Roger has published his views on healthcare executive search issues and is sought after to address healthcare professional leadership.
